Tabin Davis, 25, homeless, was arrested and charged with Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon, and Assault and Battery, after a victim stated that Davis struck him with a cane three times in the arm. Another victim stated that Davis had struck him in the back of the head with a closed fist.
