A Quincy resident called to report a hit and run in the area of Cambridge and Elm St. He stated he was in his vehicle when the vehicle that was parked in front of him backed up and struck his vehicle. The operator exited his vehicle to speak with the victim. The suspect then got back into his car and drove away in the direction of Boston. The suspect did not exchange any information with the victim.
