A postal worker reported that while delivering mail on Broadway Street, he walked away from his pushcart. Upon returning he noticed his cell phone and postal scanner was stolen from the pushcart. The phone is valued at $500.00 and the scanner is valued at $2000.00.

Juan Dominguez, 21, 36 College Avenue, Somerville, was placed under arrest outside of a Mass Ave nightclub for Trespassing. Dominguez was informed by the staff of the nightclub in front of the police that he was no longer welcome on their property. Dominguez continued to stand outside of the nightclub after being trespassed by the staff. Approximately five minutes later, Dominguez ran to the front door of the nightclub and opened it. Dominguez was stopped as he opened the door by a staff member. Dominguez was placed under arrest for the above charge.

Personnel at a Cambridge hotel reported that a male was in the lobby of the hotel refusing to leave. This unwanted person was later identified as Gary Bonner, 53, 505 Washington Street, Chelsea. Cambridge Police arrived and Bonner refused to leave after being told to leave by hotel management and the police. He was not a guest of the hotel, he did not know anyone staying at the hotel, and he was repeatedly asked to leave the hotel premises. Each time he was told to leave he refused to do so. It was also confirmed that Bonner had an outstanding arrest warrant issued for him for Criminal Harassment. Bonner was subsequently placed under arrest.

Chonn Pressey, 21, 52 Everton Street, Boston, was stopped on Mass Ave by State Street for a marked lane violation. After the stop, police learned that Pressey had a suspended driver’s license. Pressey also smelled very strongly of an alcoholic beverage. Pressey was placed under arrest for operating after suspension and OUI liquor.

Kent Nicholson, 50, 400 Massachusetts Ave, Boston was arrested in Harvard Square for Larceny from a Person and Receiving Stolen Property. This was the result of two witnesses observing him take property from a vendor's booth. Upon being stopped, Nicholson was in possession of nine tote bags which belonged to the vendor and four pairs of sneakers belonging to another business in Harvard Square. The vendor and an employee of the business both positively identified their respective property.

Vadilson Pina, Jr., 25, 47 Fuller Street, Boston, was placed under arrest at Mass Ave. in front of a night club for Assault and Battery on a Police officer. Pina who was found to be heavily intoxicated while attempting to enter the night club, punched an officer in the left side of the face on the cheek bone after he was escorted from the line, and asked to leave.
