This individual has been issued a no trespass noticed on 12/05/2014 at a Fresh Pond location. She also has four active default warrants.

MASSACHUSETTS AVE
Cambridge Police conducted a traffic stop on Mass Ave at Temple Street (public way) for failure to inspect a motor vehicle. During the stop it was revealed that the operator, Sandra Williams, 48, 655 Washington Street, Weymouth, currently had a suspended license. We informed her of her license status and placed her under arrest. We later discovered that she had previously been found guilty of operating after suspension.

BLANCHARD RD
Cambridge Police were dispatched to Blanchard Road for a report of a motor vehicle accident involving two vehicles. Upon speaking with Jonathan Ward, 43, 255 Sutton Street, North Andover, one of the involved operators, officers noticed slurred speech, glassy eyes and the odor of alcohol emanating from his person. Officers also found Ward sleeping in his running motor vehicle upon their arrival. Officers administered four field sobriety tests on Ward. Officers believed that Ward performed poorly on all four tests. The opinion was formed that Ward was under the influence of alcohol while operating a motor vehicle on a public way. Ward was placed under arrest and charged with Operating a Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of Alcohol.

Javondre Brown, 18, 37 Ridgewood Street #2, Dorchester, was placed under arrest for disorderly conduct. Brown led Cambridge Police on a foot chase after taking off running from a car while police were conducting an investigation. Brown caused a hazardous condition to the motoring public by running in the middle of traffic and causing motor vehicles to violently come to a stop in order to avoid striking him.

RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY +$250 c266 S60

SCIENCE PK
David Attardo, 28, 157 O Street #2, South Boston, was arrested for disorderly conduct and receiving stolen property over $250.00. While in a local business establishment, he was stopped by store employees with stolen merchandise. He willingly returned the stolen merchandise and fled the store. The store employees reported that they suspected he was in possession of a significant amount of more stolen merchandise from other stores. Attardo fled the store towards the Charles River. When he was approached by employees of another business on the bank of the river, he fled by jumping into the river, near the Museum of Science, and swam towards the Boston side of the river. Multiple agencies were activated to rescue Attardo from the river. After an inventory was performed on items that he abandoned, when he entered the river, it was discovered that he was in possession of $492.17 of merchandise from at least seven different stores. Attardo did not have receipts for any of this merchandise.

A Cambridge resident was summonsed for Shoplifting, after loss prevention observed him place items inside his pockets and bag, then walk out the store, later finding all the items in his person. He was summonsed for Receiving Stolen Property, after a search of his bag revealed two full bags of merchandise, which he admitted he bought from someone for $50.
