HAMPSHIRE ST
An Attleboro resident was stopped operating a motor vehicle on Prospect Street that was observed failing to stop for a red light at the intersection of Hampshire Street and Prospect Street. During the stop, the driver was observed not wearing a seatbelt. A license query revealed he only owned a Learner’s Permit in the Commonwealth. He had three passengers in the motor vehicle but none wished to offer identification or stated they possessed a valid license in the Commonwealth. He was issued a criminal citation for operating a motor vehicle unlicensed/out of class along with the two moving violations.
