An employee informed police that he observed two unknown males inside the building at Mass Ave. where he works. The males had no reason to be in the building and when they saw the reporting person they fled. There were no signs of forced entry and the building appeared to be secure after it was searched by police.

A Cambridge resident was issued a criminal application for Failure to Stop for Police, Failure to Wear a Seat Belt and Speeding after an officer attempted to conduct a motor vehicle stop for speeding. The driver failed to stop and attempted to evade officers by going through side streets in a residential area.

A Somerville resident came to the police station and stated that at 4:50 p.m., her motor vehicle parked in the 400th block of Cambridge Street was struck in the left rear by an unknown male operating a black motor vehicle as it pulled out of a parking space directly behind her vehicle. The suspect did flee the scene down Cambridge Street towards Harvard Square.

A Lexington resident reported that, while her vehicle was parked on Brattle Street, an unknown person(s) broke into it and stole a GPS system and charger. Damage was also done to the interior of the vehicle. Entry may have been gained through a window accidentally left open.
