Officers responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a report of a suspicious bag leaning against the pole. Upon arrival, a grayish blue suitcase was discovered leaning against the pole. There were no other threats or suspicious activity involving the suitcase. The K9 sniffed the suitcase and showed no interest in it. Upon further inspection of the suitcase, it was found to be filled with trash and showed no indication on who the owner was.

The K9 scanned the area and showed no interest in the bags. Upon further inspection, officers found the bags contained moldy food and trash.
