A Dorchester resident was issued a criminal citation after she was stopped while operating a motor vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue. The driver was stopped for failing to stop for a red light. When asked for her license, she stated she did not have one. A license query revealed that the license had expired.

Cambridge Police were dispatched to Mass Ave in front of a restaurant for a report of a man defecating on the sidewalk. An unknown white male entered the business, which had closed for the day, and asked to use the bathroom. An employee stated they were closed and he could not use the bathroom. The suspect exited the business pulled down his shorts and defecated on the sidewalk directly in front of the store entrance and then left the scene.

Craig Gaudette, 30, 85 Dunstable Street in Charlestown, was arrested for Larceny over $250 (C266 s30) and resisting arrest (C268 s32b), after he was identified as a shoplifter who had stolen an iPhone valued at $850.00 and wrestled a Police Officer to the ground while attempting to arrest him.

Paul Stafford, 19, 58 Tafts Avenue in Winthrop, and Christopher Carrier, 19, 68 Bat State Road in Arlington, were arrested at the intersection of Brookline and Green Street for Malicious Destruction of Property (266 S127/A) after an investigation during a motor vehicle stop. Stafford was also charged with OUI LIQUOR (90/24/J) after failing Standardized Field Sobriety Tests.
