07/24/2015 12:03 INCIDENT 15005488 DRUG, POSSESS CLASS A, SUBSQ.OFF. c94C S34	FRANKLIN ST Adam Brisbois, 32, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, was arrested for Possession of Class A - Heroin, Subsequent Offense, after he was observed by detectives preparing to inject himself with heroin. Detectives also located an additional baggy containing heroin.

07/24/2015 18:04 INCIDENT 15005505 FORGERY OF CHECK C267 S1	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to Massachusetts Avenue for a fraud report. The reporting person stated unauthorized checks for his business were forged under his name.
07/24/2015 18:22 INCIDENT 15005508 B&E MV / BOAT NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY C266 S16	EUSTIS ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to Eustis Street for a past Breaking and Entering into a motor vehicle. Approximately $40.00 worth of quarters.

07/24/2015 20:47 ARREST 15005509 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	NEWTOWNE CT Kassy Depina, 18, 32 Newtowne Court, Cambridge, was placed under arrest on warrants out of the Cambridge District Court, for Unarmed Burglary and Breaking and Entering in Daytime for Felony.
07/24/2015 21:06 INCIDENT 15005510 MISC. REPORT TYPE	TROWBRIDGE PL Cambridge Police responded to Trowbridge Place on a call for an abandoned suitcase in the parking area. The suitcase was cleared by a member of the Cambridge Police explosive ordnance unit and an explosive detection K9. The bag was removed from the area and properly disposed of.

The suspect was eventually located at this residence.

Brooks was placed under arrest following an investigation that took place earlier in the day.

07/25/2015 19:29 INCIDENT 15005527 A&B c265 S13A	RINDGE AVE Cambridge Police responded to a report of a fight at a Rindge Avenue store. Upon the officers’ arrival, the fight had ended and one of the individuals involved had left.
07/25/2015 22:19 ARREST 15005531 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Felton Dyous, 73, homeless, Cambridge, was arrested on a warrant out of Waltham District Court on charges of Assault and Battery on a Family Member (x2) and Strangulation.

After the officers arrived on the scene, peace was restored and all the people in the parking lot were removed without further incident.

Robert Colon, 25, 295 Harvard Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Burglary and on a warrant out of Chelsea District Court for Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, and Assault and Battery.
07/26/2015 09:25 INCIDENT 15005541 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	MEMORIAL DR Officers responded to Memorial Drive to document a past larceny from a building report. The reporting person stated between 07/23/2015 and 07/24/2015 an unknown person(s) stole her watch valued at $2,000 from her room.

07/26/2015 10:27 INCIDENT 15005543 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MEMORIAL DR A Cambridge resident reported that while at a Dunkin Donuts in Cambridge, an unknown person stole her cellphone, valued at $800.00, in the morning of 7/25.

07/26/2015 12:39 INCIDENT 15005546 MOPED OPERATION BY UNLIC -17 c90 S1B	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Dorchester resident driving a scooter was stopped for a traffic violation. Upon further questioning the offender, officers found he was operating the moped without proper documentation and licensing and was subsequently issued a criminal citation for not having a License or permit while operating a scooter, a marked lanes violation for crossing over the double yellow line in order to pass an officer, and Possessing/using false registry documents.
07/26/2015 13:38 INCIDENT 15005547 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	HARVEY ST A Cambridge resident reported that two of the tires on his motor vehicle were punctured while it was parked in his driveway between 7/19 and 7/22.
07/26/2015 14:24 INCIDENT 15005548 ASSAULT TO MURDER c265 S15	JACKSON ST Officers responded to Jackson Street for a report of a fight involving a knife and at least 6 individuals. One person was stabbed in the back, and the rest fled the scene. The victim who was stabbed on the back was conveyed from the location to a hospital by ambulance which was called over.
