07/28/2015 00:16 INCIDENT 15005585 A&B c265 S13A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to the area of Massachusetts Avenue and Pearl Street for a report of several people in a fight. Officers spoke to the victim who explained he had been assaulted by four teens after he declined to give one of them a cigarette.
07/28/2015 01:36 INCIDENT 15005586 RECEIVE STOLEN PROPERTY +$250 c266 S60	MAIN ST A Cambridge resident was summonsed to court for receiving stolen property over $250, and was issued a motor vehicle citation. Officers observed the individual and another party riding on a moped on a public road without a helmet, while proceeding through a red light. Upon noticing that officers were behind them, the operator of the vehicle swerved out of control and began to run away from the officers. The moped on which the suspect was riding on was heavily altered to conceal any identifying information, including the registration.

07/28/2015 10:06 INCIDENT 15005595 IDENTITY FRAUD	BROADWAY An employee of a Cambridge business reported that a past temp employee stole three other current employee's identities and fraudulently attempted to use the credit cards.
07/28/2015 10:23 ARREST 15005591 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	CAMBRIDGE ST Ernest Pellegrini, 28, 155 Central Street, Somerville, was arrested on a warrant issued out of Cambridge District Court for Threats to Commit a Crime.
07/28/2015 10:27 INCIDENT 15005596 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	MEACHAM RD A Cambridge resident reported that her motor vehicle, which was parked in front of her home, was stolen between 07/27 and 07/28.
07/28/2015 11:10 INCIDENT 15005598	SHERMAN ST A resident reported that an unknown person(s) stole a blank check from her residence and cashed it in the amount of $1,400.
07/28/2015 11:48 ARREST 15005597 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	GORE ST John Brownlee, 35, 112 Southampton Street, Boston, was placed under arrest for warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Violation of a Harassment Prevention Order, Vandalizing Property, Larceny from a Building, and Trespassing.
07/28/2015 12:16 INCIDENT 15005599 EXTORTION BY THREAT OF INJURY c265 S25	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Brighton resident, who works in Cambridge, reported being a victim of extortion. He that a male claiming to be a National Grid employee demanded payment for an outstanding balance. When the victim refused to make payment, she was threatened by the caller.
07/28/2015 12:53 INCIDENT 15005601 *MOPED VIOLATION C90 S1B**	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Medford resident was stopped for a red light violation at the intersection of Massachusetts Avenue and Rindge Avenue. As a result of the stop it was determined that he was operating after a revoked license. The individual was issued a citation for the violations and will be summonsed to court.
07/28/2015 12:58 INCIDENT 15005602 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	RINDGE AVE A Cambridge resident was observed on camera opening and searching through another resident's UPS delivered Amazon package on 7/27. Nothing was taken from the package.
07/28/2015 13:09 INCIDENT 15005600 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	RINDGE AVE A resident reported that on Sunday night she was counting out donations that were collected on behalf of the Community School at her home. Only her, her mother and the home health aide were present. She put the money into her purse and left it there. When she looked again at 9:00pm the money was gone. She suspects that the home health aide stole the money from her purse.

07/28/2015 15:25 INCIDENT 15005607 B&E MV IN DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME FOR MISDEMEANOR C26	NORUMBEGA ST A resident reported that two of his motor vehicles were broken into and loose change taken during the night of 7/20. No damage was done to the vehicles.

07/28/2015 17:57 INCIDENT 15005615 MISC. REPORT TYPE	GRISWOLD ST Cambridge Police responded to a report of a disturbance at Griswold Street and Sunset Street. The reporting person stated that a neighbor’s dog attacked her, her daughter, and their dog while walking around her neighborhood.
