DRUG, DISTRIBUTE CLASS A, SUBSQ.OFF. c94C S32

PEARL ST

William Delove, 49, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, and Andrais Kokolis, 38, 384 Great Road, Acton, were arrested as a result of a drug investigation. Detectives observed Delove and Kokolis engaging in behavior consistent with a street level drug transaction. A stop on Kokolis led to the discovery of a single folded piece of lottery paper containing a brown powder substance believed to be heroin. A stop on Delove led to the discovery of several folded pieces of lottery paper containing a brown powder substance, along with a couple bags containing a brown powder substance, a bag containing a white powder substance, and a handful of orange pills identified as Suboxone. Delove was charged with Distribution of Class A Substance (Subsequent Offense), Possess with Intent to Distribute Class A Substance (Subsequent Offense), Possess a Class B Substance (x2) (Subsequent Offense), Drug Violation near School/Park (x2), Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws, and two active warrants. Kokolis was charged with Possession of a Class A Substance and Conspiracy to Violate Drug Laws.

A Brighton resident was observed operating a motor vehicle while failing to stop at a red light on Cambridge Street which is a public way. Upon further investigation it was discovered that the individual was operating without a driver's license. She was issued a criminal application.

Cambridge Police responded to the area of Harvard Square for a report of harassment. The victim stated that he had been receiving harassing and threatening phone calls and messages from an individual he met online after he attempted to end their relationship.

UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10

COOLIDGE HILL RD

Cambridge Police responded to Mount Auburn Street at Coolidge Avenue for a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, both parties involved were on scene and identified. The crash was minor in nature and there were no injuries. One of the operators stated he did not have a driver’s license and this was confirmed through the RMV. The individual was cited for Unlicensed Operation of a Motor Vehicle and will be summons to court.
