08/04/2015 07:04 INCIDENT 15005782 IDENTITY FRAUD	BUCKINGHAM ST A Buckingham Street resident reported that she was a victim of identity theft. The victim stated that on 8/3 she received a letter from a bank regarding some dubious transactions on her credit card totaling to $982.77. She said she had nothing to do with these purchases.
08/04/2015 07:44 INCIDENT 15005797 UNINSURED MOTOR VEHICLE C90 S34J	HARVARD SQ A Cambridge resident was summonsed for Operating an Uninsured Motor Vehicle on a public way. The registration status was discovered during a traffic stop for a red light violation.
08/04/2015 10:03 INCIDENT 15005789 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CAMERON AVE Cambridge Police units responded to a residence on Cameron Avenue for a report of a disturbance involving a resident and a maintenance worker representing the owner of the property. After gaining access to the apartment to check the wellbeing of a female living in squalor at this residence, it was found that the tenants had left the apartment. Along with a Cambridge Inspector, officers observed the filth and documented the condition of the residence.

08/04/2015 10:39 INCIDENT 15005788 THREAT TO COMMIT CRIME c275 S2	CAMBRIDGE ST A Cambridge resident was summonsed to court for making threats to commit a crime. The suspect threatened to assault a U.P.S. driver who was just trying to make a delivery.
08/04/2015 11:11 INCIDENT 15005790 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A Brighton resident reported that he was concerned because a couple took photos of his twin daughters, as they were shopping in the Apple Store on 7/ 31. The twin daughters are twelve and gave permission, but he was concerned nonetheless and wanted to document this incident.
08/04/2015 11:33 INCIDENT 15005795 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	SACRAMENTO ST Cambridge Police units responded to Sacramento Street on a report of an incident. The victim reported that she saw a strange man with a baseball cap looking into her bedroom window. Upon arrival, however, officers found no sign of the suspect. Officers observed that a lawn chair had been propped up by the window outside and the screen was cut, indicating that the suspect was attempting to gain entry into the residence.

Upon awakening, he discovered that the pocket of his guitar case had been opened and his prescription medication had been taken.
08/04/2015 12:03 INCIDENT 15005796 CREDIT CARD FRAUD OVER $250 c266 S37C	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Cambridge resident reported that his credit card had been compromised and a total of $2,000.00 was spent on his card.
08/04/2015 13:54 INCIDENT 15005799 A&B c265 S13A	FAWCETT ST Cambridge Police responded to a report of a minor altercation between a Somerville man and Woburn man. The Somerville man reported that the Woburn man pushed him and they had a verbal argument, and he fell to the ground causing a minor cut to his right elbow. The suspect was not on the scene when officers arrived.
08/04/2015 14:18 INCIDENT 15005800 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CONCORD TPKE An Arlington resident reported that sometime between 6/25 and 8/1 an unknown person(s) stole his bicycle from a bike rack it was locked to on Concord Turnpike.

08/04/2015 15:08 INCIDENT 15005803 MISC. REPORT TYPE	FAIRMONT ST A Fairmont Street resident reported being the victim of a craigslist scam. The victim stated that she attempted to rent a vacation house in Rhode Island and has not been able to get into contact again with the owner who has yet to return her money.

08/04/2015 15:27 INCIDENT 15005809 B&E MV IN DAYTIME OR NIGHTTIME FOR MISDEMEANOR C26	KING PL Cambridge Police responded to the area of King Place for a report of a larceny from a motor vehicle. The victim stated that a bag of old clothes, about $3 in loose change and her resident parking pass were stolen.
08/04/2015 18:37 INCIDENT 15005813 IDENTITY FRAUD	BROOKLINE ST A Cambridge resident reported an identity fraud. The victim stated that an unknown person(s) had opened up a PayPal account under his name and made purchases totaling up to $947.00 on it.
08/04/2015 20:14 INCIDENT 15005817 INNKEEPER, DEFRAUD, UNDER $100 c140 S12	CAMBRIDGE ST Cambridge Police units responded to a restaurant on Cambridge Street for a report of a customer leaving without paying the full amount of the bill. The suspect was not located after a search of the area.
08/04/2015 20:16 INCIDENT 15005816 DESTRUCTION OF PROPERTY -$250, MALICIOUS c266 S127	ELIOT ST Justin Laffit, 26, homeless, Cambridge, was arrested and charged with Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Destruction of Property after officers observed him damaging three newspaper dispensers and aggressively shouting nonsense.
08/04/2015 21:54 INCIDENT 15005822 RESIST ARREST C268 S32B	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Christopher Dalessandro, 41, 31 Thingvalla Avenue, Boston, was placed under arrest after an investigation into a disturbance report revealed he had two outstanding warrants out of Chelsea District Court. As officers attempted to place Dalessandro under arrest, he resisted and had to be taken to the ground, thus he was also charged with Resisting Arrest.
08/04/2015 23:56 INCIDENT 15005825 LARCENY FROM BUILDING c266 S20	MT AUBURN ST A Shirley resident reported that an unknown person stole his wallet from his jacket while it was in the front hall common area at Catholic center on Mount Auburn Street.
