arrest for Disorderly Conduct. Officers observed him on scene acting violent,
threatening, and creating a hazardous situation.

Police responded to Broadway for a report of a larceny in progress. The
reporting person stated that she was working at the front desk and went into
the back office to get something, and when she returned a stack of credit
card receipts were missing and she saw two unknown males, with whom she had
conversed earlier, run out of the hotel with the receipts.

Josue Santiago, 27, 7 Whittier Road, Billerica, was arrested for Operating a
Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License, Operating a Motor Vehicle with a
Suspended Registration, Obscuring a Number Plate Violation. The offender was
observed operating a motor vehicle on Massachusetts Avenue. Santiago made an
illegal left turn, and upon stopping him, officers discovered that his
license was suspended and that he was operating an unregistered and uninsured
motor vehicle with attaching false plates.

An Everett resident operating his motor vehicle was stopped on Prospect Street
after officers observed him committing a marked lane violation on River Street.
A license check revealed that the offender did not have a license to operate
a motor vehicle. The suspect was subsequently summonsed for Unlicensed
Operation of a Motor Vehicle and a Marked Lanes Violation.
