A New Hampshire resident reported his Dodge Ram 2500 was struck as it was parked at the corner of Mass Ave. and Vassar St. The reporting person stated that another truck tried to park in a metered space behind his and was unable to fit. The second truck then struck the Dodge Ram as it pulled out causing damage to the driver's side rear light. The second vehicle did not stop to identify himself or exchange information.

Enrique Cruz, 22, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon ( Shod Foot) after a witness observed him tackle a victim to the ground then kick him in the head. The victim and Cruz were medically cleared from the physical altercation and Cruz was transported the police station where he was booked without incident.
