Cambridge Fire units extinguished any hot spots in the vehicle and determined

Police Explosive Ordinance Unit responded to Western Avenue for a report of an
unattended brown satchel bag. Upon inspecting the area, officers found there
were no threats or any other suspicious activity surrounding the bag. Officers
swept the area and the K9 did not show a change of behavior or alert to the
bag. The bag contained a laptop computer and other personal items. The owner
of the bag was contacted and all his belongings were presently returned to
him.

w/ Dangerous Weapon. Cambridge Police responded to the area of Rindge
Avenue for a fight in progress. Upon arrival, the reporting party stated that
he was near the playground lot, sitting with his wife and daughter, when
Aquino approached them and a physical confrontation took place. During the
altercation, Aquino retrieved a stick (possibly a fishing pole) and struck
the reporting party on his arm.

Wisley Abel,
29, 20 Boston Street, Haverhill, was arrested and charged with Breaking and
Entering with the Intent to Commit a Misdemeanor. The property owner opened
the front door to the unoccupied residence and found a bag of personal
belongings and clothes on the ground. When Abel was located inside by the
homeowner, the homeowner chased him out of the house and followed him down the
street until police arrived. Upon investigation, officers discovered that
Abel had broken into this residence on several accounts prior.
