Numerous health care providers, and maintenance people had access to the house between these times.

08/28/2015 20:42 INCIDENT 15006511 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B	JFK ST An Allston resident was walking on the sidewalk of Memorial Drive with some friends when an unknown male riding a bicycle assaulted him. The suspect started an argument with the victim, got off his bicycle and swung at the victim holding an unknown object several times. The victim was never struck. The suspect fled the scene on his bicycle.

Both parties were subsequently stopped and identified. One of the involved individuals, Lewis Hernandez, 38, Homeless, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Boston District Court for Disorderly Conduct and Resisting Arrest.
