09/18/2015 05:20 INCIDENT 15007077 ASSAULT, AGGRAVATED C265 S13A/C	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to City Hall for a report of an assault in progress. Upon arrival, police spoke to the victim who stated he was punched and had at least one tooth knocked out of his mouth. Additionally, the suspect threatened the victim with a knife. Ernest Miles-Burens, 41, Homeless of Kansas City, MO, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous Weapon and Aggravated Assault and Battery, after it had determined he assaulted the victim.
09/18/2015 07:05 INCIDENT 15007078 MOTOR VEH, MALICIOUS DAMAGE TO c266 S28	ELLERY ST Cambridge Police responded to an Ellery Street address to document a report of malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. The reporting person stated that an unknown suspect slashed her rear passenger tire to her motor vehicle on 9/17 as it was parked unattended inside of a Broadway garage.

09/18/2015 10:32 INCIDENT 15007083 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Boston resident reported that his bike was stolen while it was locked to a bike rack on Massachusetts Avenue.
09/18/2015 10:42 INCIDENT 15007086 STRUCTURE/BUILDING FIRE RESPONSE	CHILTON ST A motor vehicle was reported to be smoking on Chilton Street. Upon arrival of fire and police, the vehicle has stopped smoking and the owner was contacted.

09/18/2015 14:50 INCIDENT 15007092 A&B c265 S13A	BROADWAY Cambridge Police responded to a report of a past assault on Broadway Street in the area of Rindge and Latin High School. Upon arrival, officers determined that there had been a confrontation between two students and their respective parents and they were soon separated and sent on their ways.

09/18/2015 20:51 INCIDENT 15007099 RECKLESS OPERATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE c90 S24	SOMERVILLE AVE A Walden Street resident reported being struck by a vehicle while in a crosswalk. The incident occurred at the intersection of Somerville Avenue and White Street. There were no reported injuries.
09/18/2015 21:32 INCIDENT 15007100 A&B WITH DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Massachusetts Avenue business reported an assault and battery by means of a dangerous weapon after a person came into the store and started throwing ceramic coffee mugs at the clerk.

09/18/2015 21:43 INCIDENT 15007102 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police responded to a report of a suspect with a warrant hanging out in front of a store on Massachusetts Avenue. Stephen Gerard Burton, 50, 39 Boylston Street, Boston, was placed under arrest on two warrants out of Cambridge District Court for Assault and Battery on an individual 60+ and Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.
09/18/2015 23:29 ARREST 15007103 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	BISHOP ALLEN DR Upon querying a motor vehicle, the search revealed that the operator, Alyessa Knox, 26, 30 Burchstead Place, Lynn, had a warrant out of Lynn District Court for Assault and Battery and was consequently placed under arrest.
09/19/2015 00:26 INCIDENT 15007104 ROBBERY, ARMED c265 s17	BRATTLE ST A Groton resident reported that he was approached by two unknown males, in the area of Mount Auburn Street, who brandished a silver or chrome plated handgun and subsequently robbed him of his wallet and cell phone.
09/19/2015 01:01 INCIDENT 15007105 *STOP/YIELD, FAIL TO C89 S9**	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Officers observed a suspect making an illegal U-turn onto Massachusetts Avenue at Shepard Street and after conducting a motor vehicle stop and querying the driver it was discovered that his license was suspended and that the motor vehicle was a rental car for which the driver was not on the rental car agreement. Ashraf Abdelrahman, 26, 47 Fremont Street, Somerville, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Using a Motor Vehicle without Authority.

09/19/2015 04:43 INCIDENT 15007108 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	FAWCETT ST A motor vehicle struck two parked motor vehicles on Fawcett Street causing heavy damage to all vehicles involved, and the suspect operator subsequently abandoned his motor vehicle and fled on foot without making themselves known.

09/19/2015 12:09 INCIDENT 15007112 IDENTITY FRAUD	CAMBRIDGE TER A Cambridge Terrace resident reported that his identity was stolen by an unknown person, who used it to purchase and activate a cell phone in New York City. The victim also stated that an individual attempted to open a credit card using his identity as well.

09/19/2015 13:59 INCIDENT 15007114 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	WESTERN AVE Erasmo Ramos, 48, 52 Hayes Street, Framingham, was observed violating a no turn on red sign, and after a motor vehicle stop, he was discovered to be operating without a license and he was subsequently placed under arrest.
09/19/2015 14:50 ARREST 15007115 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	LANDSDOWNE ST Cambridge Police units responded to the area of 80 Landsdowne Street for a report of a male and female in a verbal and physical altercation. After speaking to both parties involved, it was revealed that there was no crime committed. A warrant check was conducted on both parties and Eric Silvers, 44, 240 Albany Street, Cambridge, was arrested on two Warrants out of Boston Municipal Court.

09/19/2015 17:08 INCIDENT 15007119 MISC. REPORT TYPE	CONCORD AVE It was reported to the Cambridge Police that there were three unattended backpacks, in the maze at the Kemp Playground. Officers investigated and determined that they were abandoned bags that contained clothing, pillows, and nothing of value.
09/19/2015 18:14 INCIDENT 15007121 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	SHADY HILL SQ A Waltham resident reported that her cell phone was stolen today while she was at a store in Harvard Square. She left her phone in the dressing room and when she came back for it, it was gone.
09/19/2015 20:25 INCIDENT 15007122 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE An employee of a co-op market reported that an unknown white female concealed several items in her bag and fled the store.
09/19/2015 22:08 INCIDENT 15007123 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	GREEN ST A Somerville resident reported a larceny of a cell phone from the area of Green Street and Hancock Street.
09/19/2015 23:23 INCIDENT 15007124 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	PROSPECT ST Christopher Walsh, 33, 356 Prospect Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Larceny Over $250. When officer arrived to apprehend him he fled his residence and was stopped a short time later at the corner of Tremont and Webster Avenue where he was arrested.

09/20/2015 11:26 INCIDENT 15007134 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	BROOKLINE ST A Cambridge resident reported that sometime overnight, an unknown person side swiped his car while parked on Putnam Avenue by Brookline Street.
09/20/2015 11:30 INCIDENT 15007131 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE c266 S30A	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Willie Williams, 49, 1010 Massachusetts Avenue, Boston, was placed under arrest for Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise from a local store. Williams concealed 3 items worth $60 under his waist band and did not make any attempt to pay for them before exiting the store.
09/20/2015 12:43 INCIDENT 15007135 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	GARDEN ST A Michigan resident reported that her motor vehicle which was parked on Garden Street near the Cambridge Common had its driver's side mirror struck by an unknown motor vehicle.
