Cambridge Police responded to City Hall for a report of an assault in
progress. Upon arrival, police spoke to the victim who stated he was punched
and had at least one tooth knocked out of his mouth. Additionally, the
suspect threatened the victim with a knife. Ernest Miles-Burens, 41, Homeless
of Kansas City, MO, was arrested and charged with Assault with a Dangerous
Weapon and Aggravated Assault and Battery, after it had determined he
assaulted the victim.

malicious destruction to a motor vehicle. The reporting person stated that an

it was parked unattended inside of a Broadway garage.

Shepard Street and after conducting a motor vehicle stop and querying the
driver it was discovered that his license was suspended and that the motor
vehicle was a rental car for which the driver was not on the rental car
agreement. Ashraf Abdelrahman, 26, 47 Fremont Street, Somerville, was
arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Using a
Motor Vehicle without Authority.

Street, Cambridge, was arrested on two Warrants out of Boston Municipal Court.
