John Herbaugh, 36, Homeless, was placed under after Cambridge Police responded to a request by a local church to trespass Herbaugh from their property due to recent belligerent behavior displayed by him. A subsequent query revealed that Herbaugh had a warrant out of Boston District Court for Larceny Under $250, A&B with Dangerous Weapon, and Resisting Arrest.
