Deborah Parzych, 49, homeless, was arrested and charged with trespassing. Parzych entered and remained inside a local restaurant at Mass Ave. Parzych had been ordered numerous times by the restaurant and the police not to enter the establishment.

A Cambridge resident reported that she was robbed at the corner of Magazine Street at Green Street around 10:30 p.m. last night by two individuals. The thieves grabbed her purse and fled the scene.

A motor vehicle was stopped in Harvard Square after a BOLO was issued for a suspect in a 2006 Chevrolet passenger van. The operator, Levon Huckabee, 38, 20461 Russell Street of Highland Park in Michigan, was placed under arrest for operating a motor vehicle without having a valid license.

Kevin Wells, 40, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court. While performing a pat frisk before placing Wells into the wagon, Wells was found to be in possession of 8 Clonazapam pills and charged with Possession of a Class E Substance.

James Harrington, 66, was arrested at Massachusetts Avenue for open and gross lewdness. Harrington was observed with his penis exposed while walking down the public sidewalk. When approached by officers, Harrington still had his penis exposed.

Michael Bagley, 49, homeless, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Breaking and Entering and Larceny From a Building. Bagley was also charged with Breaking and Entering into the same church and attempting to steal monies a second time.
