10/05/2015 00:45 INCIDENT 15007502 TRESPASS c266 S120	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Frederick Deminico, 32, 402 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Trespassing, after officers observed him sleeping inside a local university building, consequently violating his trespassing order.
10/05/2015 00:54 INCIDENT 15007504 OUI-LIQUOR C90 S24	BLANCHARD RD Daniel McCarthy, 45, 51 Rangeley Road, Arlington, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. A witness reported that McCarthy sat through three cycles of green yellow and red lights in Cambridge, near the Belmont line. She then pulled up by him and saw that he was slumped forward and appeared to be passed out.
10/05/2015 06:18 INCIDENT 15007505 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	CARDINAL MEDEIROS AVE A Cambridge resident called Cambridge Police to report that sometime overnight her vehicle had been struck by an unknown person who had left the scene.
10/05/2015 07:38 INCIDENT 15007506 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	AUBURN PK Officers responded to Auburn Park for the report of a person sleeping in the hallway. At the location, we encountered Ebony Wesley asleep on the floor. Ebony Wesley, 22, Homeless, was arrested on a warrant out of Boston District Court for Assault and Battery.
10/05/2015 07:52 INCIDENT 15007507 B&E NIGHTTIME FOR FELONY c266 S16	BISHOP ALLEN DR A local business employee reported a past Breaking and Entering that took place sometime between 10/2 and 10/4. The victim reported that a computer screen, a computer projector and a credit card were taken.
10/05/2015 11:40 INCIDENT 15007511 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	MAIN ST A Massachusetts Avenue resident reported that his bike was stolen from the city bike rack it was locked onto at Massachusetts Avenue.
10/05/2015 11:55 INCIDENT 15007515 MISC. REPORT TYPE	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police received a call for a suspicious suitcase on Massachusetts Avenue. The Explosive Ordinance Unit investigated the suitcase and the area and cleared them.

10/05/2015 13:04 INCIDENT 15007513 LICENSE SUSPENDED, OP MV WITH c90 S23	BROADWAY Cambridge Police Officers observed a motor vehicle proceed through the intersection on a red light. Officers stopped the driver and queried his name, which revealed that his license was suspended. The Framingham resident was summonsed for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Failing to Stop/Yield to a Red Light.

10/05/2015 14:21 INCIDENT 15007517 B&E MV IN DAYTIME FOR FELONY C266 S18	HANCOCK ST A Colorado resident reported that her motor vehicle was broken into and her suitcase containing valuable belongings was stolen.
10/05/2015 15:44 INCIDENT 15007520 ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B	MASSACHUSETTS AVE An employee of a local restaurant reported that a couple left the restaurant without paying the bill and when confronted outside, the suspects almost ran him down in an attempt to get away.
10/05/2015 16:21 ARREST 15007521 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	JFK ST Justin Lafitt, 26, Homeless, was placed under arrest on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for Disorderly Conduct and Malicious Destruction of Property (x3).
10/05/2015 16:44 INCIDENT 15007525 LARCENY UNDER $250 c266 S30	BRATTLE ST A homeless resident reported that an unknown person stole his computer tablet out of his bag.
10/05/2015 17:14 INCIDENT 15007528 ATTEMPT TO COMMIT CRIME c274 S6	WESTERN AVE A Western Avenue resident reported the attempted burglary of her apartment.

10/05/2015 18:07 INCIDENT 15007526 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A business owner reported that an unknown person removed a tablet from his display cart at a Cambridge shopping mall.
10/05/2015 18:48 INCIDENT 15007529 SHOPLIFTING BY ASPORTATION c266 S30A	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A Bedford resident was summonsed for Shoplifting by Asportation after she was observed concealing stolen merchandise at a clothing store on Alewife Brook Parkway.
10/05/2015 19:33 INCIDENT 15007531 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	FAYETTE ST An Arlington resident came to the Cambridge Police Station to report that between 9/29 and 10/4 an unknown person stole jewelry and various electronic items from his former place of residence.
10/05/2015 20:30 INCIDENT 15007532 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL A Westwood resident reported that on 9/30, a person known to him refused to return an item that belonged to him. There had been several other attempts to get this item back.
10/05/2015 21:09 INCIDENT 15007534 IDENTITY FRAUD	BERKELEY PL A Cambridge resident reported that an unknown person used her personal information to open up a phone account.
