Frederick Deminico, 32, 402 Massachusetts Avenue, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for Trespassing, after officers observed him sleeping inside a local university building, consequently violating his trespassing order.

Daniel McCarthy, 45, 51 Rangeley Road, Arlington, was arrested for Operating a Motor Vehicle While Under the Influence of Alcohol. A witness reported that McCarthy sat through three cycles of green yellow and red lights in Cambridge, near the Belmont line. She then pulled up by him and saw that he was slumped forward and appeared to be passed out.

A Cambridge resident called Cambridge Police to report that sometime overnight her vehicle had been struck by an unknown person who had left the scene.

Officers responded to Auburn Park for the report of a person sleeping in the hallway. At the location, we encountered Ebony Wesley asleep on the floor. Ebony Wesley, 22, Homeless, was arrested on a warrant out of Boston District Court for Assault and Battery.

A local business employee reported a past Breaking and Entering that took place sometime between 10/2 and 10/4. The victim reported that a computer screen, a computer projector and a credit card were taken.

Cambridge Police Officers observed a motor vehicle proceed through the intersection on a red light. Officers stopped the driver and queried his name, which revealed that his license was suspended. The Framingham resident was summonsed for Operating a Motor Vehicle with a Suspended License and Failing to Stop/Yield to a Red Light.
