Justin Lafitt, 26, homeless, was placed under arrest for Disturbing The Peace
after numerous attempts to resolve the issue. Lafitt was observed yelling
loudly, swearing and behaving in an unsafe manner. Officers spoke to Lafitt
numerous times to explain that his behavior was aggressive and frightening.
Lafitt refused to stop, yelled and swore at police, refused to leave the area,
and was extremely aggressive towards police.

Cambridge Police responded to a residence on Sciarappa Street for a medical
call. The victim was subsequently examined and cleared by ambulance
personnel. Detectives on the scene observed another female in the apartment.
This individual was identified as Jennifer Mastrangelo, 27, Homeless, who had
an active warrant out of Waltham District Court for Shoplifting by Concealing
Merchandise and Receiving Stolen Property.
