Juan Garcia, 44, 23 Roslindale Avenue, Roslindale, was placed under arrest
for Shoplifting by Concealing Merchandise, Possession of a Class E Drug, and
on a warrant out of Boston District Court for Larceny Under $250, Receiving
Stolen Property, Possession of a Burglarious Instrument. The store’s loss
prevention officers stopped the suspect as he attempted to steal two shirts
valued at $115.00. Cambridge police also discovered the defendant was in
possession of prescription pills without proof of a prescription.
