A Lynn resident was stopped for a motor vehicle violation that occurred at
the intersection of Massachusetts Ave and Walden Street. After further investigation,
it was discovered that the individual did not have a license to operate and
he was subsequently issued a citation for the violations and summonsed to
court.

Luis Suazo, 42, 1 Walpole Street, Mattapan, was arrested for Larceny Under
$250 By Single Scheme. Suazo was observed via CCTV by a local department
store’s loss prevention officers taking multiple items from the sales floor and
entering a supply closet where he concealed the items in his backpack.

A Danvers resident was stopped after the operator was observed committing a
motor vehicle violation, and it was found that he was not properly licensed
to operate a motor vehicle in Massachusetts. The owner of the motor vehicle
was issued a citation and summonsed to court for Allowing an Unlicensed
Person to Operate a Motor Vehicle.

Roberto Flotte, 25, 39 Highland Avenue, Cambridge, was arrested for
Shoplifting by Asportation and Assault and Battery. Cambridge Police
responded to a Harvard Square convenience store where an employee reported
that Flotte had stolen multiple items from the store and then, when he was
fleeing the scene, he struck the reporting person.
