Upon further investigation, it was determined that, upon exiting the cinema a
patron didn’t hold the door for another patron with a baby carriage, which
was then struck by the door. A witness stated that the person apologized, but
the woman continued berating her, at which point another patron stepped up
and the dispute escalated between them and the second patron pushed the
reporting woman.

scene and harassing a patron at the store.

Stuart Lee, 32, 1375 Commonwealth Avenue, Boston, was placed under arrest for
Assault and Battery With a Dangerous Weapon. The manager of the establishment
reported that Lee was attempting to enter the backstage area, and after he
was asked to leave, he punched a staff member in the face. While he was being
detained by the establishment’s security, Lee intentionally kicked one of the
staff in the stomach with his shod foot.
