12/27/2015 10:36 INCIDENT 15009659-1 TRESPASS c266 S120	WHITE ST Cambridge Police responded to a Porter Square establishment for a shoplifting and trespass notice report. Upon arrival, an investigation revealed a Somerville resident violated a trespass notice that was issued on 12/11/15. As a result, she has been summonsed to court for violating this order.

12/27/2015 13:51 INCIDENT 15009662-1 FUGITIVE FROM JUSTICE ON GOVS WARRANT C276 S19	BERKSHIRE ST Kolby Fenner, 38, 402 Massachusetts Avenue in Cambridge, was stopped on Cambridge Street at Berkshire Street for speed greater than reasonable considering traffic, proper road use and public safety. Fenner was arrested for being a fugitive from justice out of El Dorado County in California.

After further investigation, officers involved along with the victims learned it was a telephone scam.

The tools were locked in a closet on the 5th floor.
