The victim reported that there were no sign(s) of forced entry or damage, and that it might have been gained through unlocked windows.

Officers took a report for a past assault, which occurred over a towing dispute. After further investigation, officers discovered one of the tow truck drivers had a revoked Massachusetts license. A driver, who resides in Medford, will be summonsed for Operating after Suspension/Revocation.

02/05/2016 01:49 INCIDENT 16000797 DISTURBING THE PEACE c272 S53	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Dwight Robinson, 21, 62 School Avenue in Waltham, was arrested in front of a restaurant at Mass Ave. and charge with disturbing the peace following approximately 20 minutes of loud, obnoxious, destructive and aggressive behavior toward officers, staff and bystanders.
02/05/2016 08:41 INCIDENT 16000800 TRESPASS c266 S120	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A homeless male from Cambridge was placed on the trespass list from a store in Central Square for causing a disturbance. The manager of the store told the male verbally in the presence of police that he was not wanted back in the store for the remainder of the year. Officers advised him he was subject to arrest if he is found in the store in the future.

A few weeks later, he received a credit card in the mail, which he did not apply for.
02/05/2016 12:01 INCIDENT 16000804 TRAFFIC INVESTIGATIONS	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Officers responded to a motor vehicle accident at the corner of Massachusetts Avenue and Memorial Drive.
02/05/2016 12:42 ARREST 16000806 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	BISHOP ALLEN DR Cambridge Police assisted Brookline Police with the execution of warrants issued out of the Brookline District Court for Baltazar Barros, Jr., 24, 77 Bishop Allen Drive in Cambridge, for Armed Assault in Dwelling, Assault to Murder and Armed Assault to Rob. Barros was located inside his home, placed into custody by Brookline Police and transported to Cambridge Police headquarters for a courtesy booking. Brookline Police then took custody of Barros without incident.
