A motor vehicle was observed going through a stop sign on Douglas Street without stopping. The vehicle was pulled over, and upon speaking with the operator, a large jar filled with marijuana and plastic bags was observed in plain view. Upon further investigation, more marijuana and other drug paraphernalia consistent with the distribution and sale of marijuana and other narcotics were located. Justice Skelton, 19, of 16 Everett Avenue in Dorchester, was placed under arrest for possession with intent to distribute Class D drugs.
