There were no reported injuries. It was determined that the operator of the vehicle did not have a valid driver's license. Additionally, the owner of the vehicle allowed the operator to drive the motor vehicle when he knew that she did not possess a valid driver's license.

The unknown vehicle fled the scene. The hit-and-run occurred sometime between April 21 at 7:00 p.m. and April 22 at 7:30 a.m.
