05/22/2016 02:26 INCIDENT 16003486 LEAVE SCENE OF PERSONAL INJURY c90 S24	PROSPECT ST A Cambridge resident reported a hit-and-run and subsequent larceny from a person.
05/22/2016 03:28 INCIDENT 16003487 MISC. REPORT TYPE	PROSPECT ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to the area of Prospect Street to investigate a hit-and-run. A female cyclist, in motion, was knocked off of her bicycle by a motor vehicle and subsequently had her purse stolen by a passenger from inside the suspect motor vehicle while she was lying on the ground injured.

05/22/2016 09:18 ARREST 16003491 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	BENNETT ST Shane Michael Sullivan, 31, of 46 Manadnock Street in Dorchester, was taken into custody. He had a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for defrauding an innkeeper and intimidating a witness. He was trespassed from a Cambridge hotel.

05/22/2016 12:29 INCIDENT 16003498 TRESPASS c266 S120	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Bernard Goode, 58, homeless, was arrested for trespass, disorderly conduct, and resisting arrest when he failed to leave a cafe after several notices by the police and the manager of the cafe.

05/21/2016 07:45 INCIDENT 16003467 FORGERY OF CHECK C267 S1	CAMBRIDGE ST A Cambridge Street resident reported that after reviewing her bank statement, she discovered that her ex-boyfriend had stolen several checks from her check book and made out checks to himself, totaling over $300 dollars.
05/21/2016 15:20 INCIDENT 16003473 UNLICENSED OPERATION OF MV c90 S10	HAMPSHIRE ST Cambridge Police arrested Rafael Candido, 33, of 22 Barrelei Street in Malden, for operating a motor vehicle on a public way without a driver's license after he was pulled over for failing to stop for a stop light.

05/21/2016 17:37 INCIDENT 16003475 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGESIDE PL Terry Carter, 28, of 89 Condor Street in East Boston, was arrested and charged with larceny over $250 after loss prevention personnel observed him place merchandise into a bag and attempt to leave the store without paying for items totaling $701.

05/20/2016 07:09 INCIDENT 16003432 TRESPASS c266 S120	CHURCH ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to the corner of Brattle Street and Church Street for a woman who was trespassed from the store yesterday and returned the following day. As a result, Patricia Miller, 58, homeless, was placed under arrest for trespass after notice.

05/20/2016 11:26 INCIDENT 16003441 *STOP/YIELD, FAIL TO C89 S9**	BROADWAY Cambridge Police observed a motor vehicle failing to stop for a red light on Hampshire Street at Portland Street. Officers issued the operator a criminal application for unlicensed operation, using a cell phone while driving, and failing to stop for a red light.

05/20/2016 16:24 INCIDENT 16003446 VIOLATION OF POSTED SIGN	GARDEN ST Cambridge Police observed a motor vehicle make an illegal left turn in violation of a posted sign. The motor vehicle was stopped, and further investigation revealed that the operator did not have a valid license. The operator was issued a criminal application for the violations.

05/20/2016 18:39 INCIDENT 16003452 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	CAMBRIDGEPARK DR A woman entered the Cambridge Police Department to report that a female worker employed at her Cambridge business stole checks from her business account.
05/20/2016 19:03 INCIDENT 16003455 DISTURBING THE PEACE c272 S53	ERIE ST Paul Stafford, 53, of 150 Erie Street in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for disturbing the peace. Three separate individuals complained that Stafford was banging on his walls and loudly making animal noises. Officers were told that this is an ongoing problem and that Stafford has been warned numerous times.

05/20/2016 23:33 INCIDENT 16003462 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE George Foskey, 30, of 66 Fenway in Boston, was arrested on a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for four counts of identity fraud and four counts of credit card fraud under $250.
