Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit arrested Giovannie Ramirez, 36, of 581 Windsor Street in Cambridge, charging him with speeding, harsh/unnecessary/objectionable noise by screeching tires, possession of a class A drug, and possession of a class B drug. Following a motor vehicle stop for the previous mentioned motor vehicle violations, the motor vehicle was searched, and drugs were found.
