05/25/2016 00:09 INCIDENT 16003561 NUMBER PLATE VIOLATION ATTACHING / OBSCURING / FAI	MASSACHUSETTS AVE A Wilbraham resident was issued a Criminal Citation for Attaching a Registration Plate and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. After a vehicle had been damaged in another incident, an investigation revealed that the number plate attached to the driver’s motorcycle was associated with a different motorcycle as well as that plate was reported stolen.

The reporting party contacted both the ride sharing company and the driver, who confirmed the possession of his item but would no longer takes his calls and has not returned the item to him.

The bicyclist states that when he began to take a picture of the vehicle's license plate, the operator threatened to beat him up.

05/25/2016 14:37 TRAFFIC 16003583 LEAVE SCENE OF PROPERTY DAMAGE c90 S24	MONSIGNOR OBRIEN HWY The maintenance manager at a Msgr O'Brien Highway residential building reports that a passenger vehicle operated by an unknown female was driving erratically inside a building's garage area and side-swiped a concrete pillar before exiting the garage at a high rate of speed towards an unknown direction. The concrete pillars sustained no damage.
