A Wilbraham resident was issued a Criminal Citation for Attaching a Registration Plate and Unregistered Motor Vehicle. After a vehicle had been damaged in another incident, an investigation revealed that the number plate attached to the driver’s motorcycle was associated with a different motorcycle as well as that plate was reported stolen.
