Square. Victim stated that an unknown homeless man approached him, made a
couple statements to him, and then punched him in the face. The suspect fled

on June 2 and 10:00 a.m. on June 3, an unknown person entered the locked
nursery with a key. The suspect then stole a ceramic bird bath and four
potted hanging plants, relocking the gate before leaving.

for possession with intent to distribute class B drug, assault and battery
with dangerous weapon, assault and battery of a police officer, failing to
stop for police, resisting arrest, use of motor vehicle in commission of
felony/larceny, conspiracy to violate drug law, and trafficking cocaine out
of Lowell and Somerville District Courts and Middlesex Superior Court.

Cambridge Police responded to an establishment in Harvard Square for a
suspicious male yelling with a mask concealing his face. Upon the officers’ arrival,
the male was gone. He later returned, pushed a victim, and then created a
loud disturbance. When officers approached him and commanded him to stop, he
refused to listen and began to run through numerous streets. Officers caught
up to the defendant and ordered him to stop again. A brief struggle ensued,
and Jose Garcia, 34, of 231 Harrison Avenue in Boston, was taken into custody
for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery of an elder.
