A Brookline resident reported that on June 2, she unknowingly left her wallet in a car used for a ride-sharing app. Later the same day, her credit card was used at two business locations in Cambridge.

Lindsay M. Sgrosso, 23, of 45 Old Chestnut Hill Road in Millville, was arrested for disorderly conduct. Sgrosso intentionally lit trash in the dumpster on fire, causing great alarm not only to the residents who live nearby but also the owner of both establishments. Multiples police units were deployed to shut down Green Street. The lives of many patrons could have been in jeopardy since the dumpster was leaning against the structure of a club.

Fernando Pena, 36, of 23 Lincoln Way in Cambridge, was arrested on three warrants for possession with intent to distribute class B drug, assault and battery with dangerous weapon, assault and battery of a police officer, failing to stop for police, resisting arrest, use of motor vehicle in commission of felony/larceny, conspiracy to violate drug law, and trafficking cocaine out of Lowell and Somerville District Courts and Middlesex Superior Court.

Cambridge Police responded to an establishment in Harvard Square for a suspicious male yelling with a mask concealing his face. Upon the officers’ arrival, the male was gone. He later returned, pushed a victim, and then created a loud disturbance. When officers approached him and commanded him to stop, he refused to listen and began to run through numerous streets. Officers caught up to the defendant and ordered him to stop again. A brief struggle ensued, and Jose Garcia, 34, of 231 Harrison Avenue in Boston, was taken into custody for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest, and assault and battery of an elder.
