Cambridge Police responded to Albany Street for a report of a past assault. Police arrived on scene where the victim and witnesses positively identified Richard Dapedra, 1 Kingsley Terrace of Lynn, who repeatedly kicked the victim in the face while he was sleeping outside. Depedra was shortly discovered two blocks away from the incident and arrested for assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and also for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for larceny over $250.
