after he was observed by a loss prevention office exiting a store with over
$250 worth of merchandise without paying for it. Shaumyan was trespassed from

sidewalk. There were no threats made or any other suspicious activity
surrounding the suitcase. The K9 cleared the suitcase, which was revealed to
have clothing and no identification of the owner. The suitcase was tagged and
placed in property for safekeeping.
