Davel Matthews, 19, 75 Columbia Street in Cambridge; Ashley Ramkissoon, 22, 137 Cherry Street in Cambridge; Ganesh Ramkissoon, 58, 137 Cherry Street in Cambirdge; Dashawn Loney-Bailey, 22, 223 Concord Turnpike in Cambridge; and Darryn Ramkissoon, 20, 137 Cherry Street in Cambridge, were all placed under arrest at Cherry Street for various charges following an ongoing disturbance. All parties were charged with disturbing the peace after officers observed an active and ongoing disturbance, which was reported by two different callers at three different times. In addition, Davel Matthews was charged with Minor in Possession of Alcohol, after he was observed in the presence of a large amount of alcohol, with glassy bloodshot eyes, and a strong odor of alcoholic beverage emanating from his breath and person. Ashley Ramkissoon was additionally charged with Resisting Arrest after he actively engaged officers in a struggle to take him into custody. Ganesh Ramkissoon was additionally charged with Furnishing Alcohol to a Minor. Ganesh is the owner of the home where the party was being held, and where Davel Matthews was present and had unrestricted access to alcohol. Darryn Ramkissoon was charged with Disturbing the Peace. Dashawn Loney-Bailey was additionally charged with Assault and Battery on a Police Officer after striking officers numerous times as they tried to take him into custody; Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon) after kicking an officer in the forearm causing minor injury; and Resisting Arrest, after he actively engaged officers in a struggle to take him into custody.

CHURCH ST

Cambridge Police responded to a Church Street business for a report of an assault in progress. The victim stated that a white male with a red shirt and grey pants threw a cup of hot coffee on her. After responding, units spoke with the victim, who was able to point out the suspect who assaulted her. The male suspect was later identified as Philip Richter, 66, Cambridge. Philip was subsequently arrested for Assault and Battery with a Dangerous Weapon.

Cambridge Police responded to a Green Street address to document a larceny of a bicycle report. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the reporting person who stated between 11:15 a.m. and 11:45 a.m., an unknown suspect stole his mountain bicycle, which was locked to a bike rack mounted to the rear of his motor vehicle.

John Correia, 42, 230 Pearl Street in Cambridge, and Stephen Thomas, 49, 240 Albany Street in Cambridge, were placed under arrest in municipal parking lot number eight, after they were observed in a hand-to-hand drug transaction. Correia was charged with Possession of a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Law. Thomas was charged with Distribution of a Class B Drug and Conspiracy to Violate the Drug Law.
