On 7/05 a Fifth Street resident came in to the police station to report an attempted break at her residence. On 7/07 she noticed that one of the recycling bins had been moved but realized that it was obscuring the entrance to her basement. She checked the door leading to the basement and found it opened. She reports nothing missing.
