Cambridge Police responded to a Main Street address to document a past attempted larceny report. Upon arrival, officers spoke to several witnesses who stated they observed two unknown teenage males unlock two mountain bicycles from a bike rack at their location on Main Street and quickly replace and relock the bicycles they had just removed from the bike rack, once they noticed they were being monitored.

A resident of Hyde Park was summonsed for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license after being observed operating a motor vehicle with an expired inspection sticker in Central Square on Massachusetts Avenue.

A Waltham resident was issued a criminal citation after he was stopped operating his vehicle on Prospect Street. He was observed traveling straight in a right turn only lane on River Street at Mass Ave. crossing a solid white line and disobeying posted DPW signs. A query revealed the driver had no license to operate a vehicle.

Cambridge Police pulled a vehicle over at Green Street and Western Avenue for a marked lane violation. While conducting the traffic stop, it was found the operator of the vehicle was driving with an expired license. A resident of Boston was summonsed for operation with an expired license.

BROADWAY

A Boston resident reported his backpack was stolen from a locker inside a hotel on Broadway. Sometime between 8 and 8:45 p.m., two males were reported seen entering the locker room, not changing, then leaving shortly thereafter. The victim's backpack contained his house and car keys, pants, and an iPhone 6.
