A Museum Way resident came to the police station to report that his watch was stolen on 9/16/2016 between 2 a.m. and 4 a.m. The man believes that he was drugged and the watch was taken off his wrist in his apartment when he was unconscious. The suspect was described as a black female, approximately 33 years old, with a full body tattoo.
