Cambridge Police Investigating Stabbing in Central Square

Cambridge Police are investigating an early morning stabbing of a Dorchester resident, who sustained a non-life threatening stab wound to his tricep in Central Square. The victim reports that at approximately 2 a.m., the victim was walking in the area of Bishop Allen Drive and Douglas Street, when two black males made a comment about the victim’s wife. A physical and verbal altercation between the victim and two suspects ensued. The suspects then stabbed the victim in his tricep with a knife and bit him in the leg. The victim and his wife conveyed themselves to a Boston hospital, where security contacted Cambridge Police and notified them that the stabbing reportedly occurred in Cambridge. 

The two suspects are described as approximately 5’8” and in their mid-20s. The investigation into this incident is ongoing. Anyone with information is asked to call the Cambridge Police at 617-349-3300.
