11/09/2016 09:54 INCIDENT 16008162 A&B c265 S13A | FAYERWEATHER ST Cambridge Police were dispatched to the intersection of Fayerweather Street and Reservoir Street on the report of a man who was assaulted by another man who was driving a dump truck and had fled the scene. An officer located the suspect a few blocks away and obtained his information. The victim was located. He was uninjured and the officer obtained his personal information to file a report. |

The victim was notified by their bank about irregular activity on an account. A total of $886 was stolen from three ATM withdrawals. The bank will reimburse the victim for the fraudulent transactions within ten business days. |

The driver then proceeded on the marked bike lane and passed several vehicles stopped in traffic eastbound on Mass. Ave. before merging back into the eastbound lane of travel and stopping behind a vehicle at a red light. |
