Justin Lafitt, 27, homeless, was arrested in Harvard Square for threats to commit a crime (threatened to shoot people) and disorderly conduct when he was yelling and screaming on a public sidewalk and stated that he was going to shoot people. A witness stated that there was heavy pedestrian traffic on the sidewalk at the time and they were forced to walk around him out of fear. The witness also stated that he was in fear that Justin may be armed as he has dealt with him many times in the past for similar behavior.
