Cambridge Police arrested DAPEDRA, Richard, 40, of 1 Kingsley Terence, Lynn, MA, (Larceny Over $250 C266 S30) for walking out the front door of local retail store without paying for a Samsung 9.7 inch tablet and a store brand hand clippers from the local store while Loss Prevention Officers witnessed this through their security cameras.

The operator was cited for the equipment violation and operating an unregistered motor vehicle.
