A black motor vehicle preformed a U-turn on a public way, crossing the double yellow line. The operator, identified as a resident of Hyde Park, operated a motor vehicle on a public way in Cambridge with a suspended license out of NJ (denied out of MA). The vehicle was towed off the public way and the driver will be summonsed for operation after suspended license and a marked lane violation.
