John Megan, 47, 820 Mass. Ave. in Cambridge, was placed under arrest for two counts of Assault by Means of a Dangerous Weapon after threatening a neighbor by attacking the victim wielding a screwdriver, including attempting to strike him with a bicycle tire/rim.
