A Waltham resident states that at 9:45 p.m. on 6/3/2017 a fare that he was going to transport from Garden Street at Mason Street punched the left rear side of his vehicle, causing minor damage after he became angry with the reporting party.

Cambridge Police responded to a Main Street address to document a stolen motor vehicle report. Upon arrival, officers spoke to the reporting person who stated between 6/6/2017 at 12:30 p.m. and 6/14/2017 at 8 a.m., an unknown suspect gained access to a business and stole one of their trucks.

Dieugains Previlon, 33, 39 Richardson Avenue in Wakefield, was arrested for Assault & Battery and Disorderly Conduct. Previlon spit in the mouth of a food service worker, attempted to punch him and created a disturbance by swearing, yelling, flailing his arms and causing others in the cafeteria to be alarmed, fear for their safety and moved to other areas of the room.
