BRATTLE ST
Frank Chan, 44, 109 Glen Street in Somerville, was arrested for brandishing two box cutters on a victim with whom he was having an argument with in Harvard Square. He was charged with assault with a dangerous weapon. It was later learned that he had a warrant for possession of a class D substance.
