07/12/2017 08:03 INCIDENT 17004740 LEAVE SCENE OF PERSONAL INJURY c90 S24	KIRKLAND ST A motor vehicle was rear-ended by a black motor vehicle. The operator exited his motor vehicle and approached the black vehicle to exchange paperwork and the operator of black motor vehicle drove at the operator and struck his upper legs. The black motor vehicle left the area without making himself known.

She crossed Linnaean Street and saw a black male sitting in his car with no pants on masturbating as he watched her. The suspect fled on Linnaean Street in a black Nissan Altima.

07/12/2017 11:17 INCIDENT 17004747 SHOPLIFTING BY CONCEALING MDSE c266 S30A	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Allahmanamja Barbel, 29, homeless, was arrested at a liquor store in Central Square for shoplifting by concealing merchandise. Employee's observed Mr.Barbel conceal a bottle in his shirt. When he attempted to leave, the employees tried to stop him but he fled past them. They then confronted him outside where police observed the altercation.

07/12/2017 13:09 ARREST 17004752 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	WOODROW WILSON CT Cambridge Police responded to Woodrow Wilson Court to effect a warrant arrest of Nelson Portillo, 26, 5 Woodrow Wilson Court in Cambridge. Portillo was arrested without incident on warrants out of Cambridge District Court and Brighton District Court.
07/12/2017 13:11 INCIDENT 17004751 TELEPHONE CALLS, ANNOYING c269 S14A	CONCORD AVE A Cambridge resident reported being the victim of harassing phone calls.
07/12/2017 13:38 INCIDENT 17004759 MISC. REPORT TYPE	COGSWELL AVE A Cogswell Avenue resident reported that she received harassing letters in the mail.
07/12/2017 13:48 INCIDENT 17004754 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	GREEN ST Daniel Culbreath, 60, 112 South Hampton Street in Boston, was arrested for a warrant issued out of Roxbury District Court on 6/27/2017 for failure to register as sex offender. Derek Odoms, 45, 39 Boylston Street in Boston, was arrested at the same location for possession of a class B drug (crack cocaine). An officer observed these two individuals as well as a female known to him enter a parking lot on Green Street and huddle behind a box truck. Upon investigating this behavior, it was learned that Culbreath had a warrant and Odoms was possessing what is believed to be crack cocaine.
07/12/2017 13:54 INCIDENT 17004757WARRANT ARREST REPORT	FAYETTE ST Maurice Abisdid-Wagner, 26, Hawaii, was arrested on multiple warrants out of Edgartown District Court, Taunton District Court and South Boston Municipal Court. The arrest occurred after it was learned he would be in the area of Fayette Street and while initially attempting to place him in custody, Abisdid-Wagner fled on foot.

07/12/2017 14:17 INCIDENT 17004755 MOTOR VEH, LARCENY OF c266 S28	BROADWAY A Broadway resident reported her motor vehicle stolen.

07/12/2017 15:42 INCIDENT 17004760 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	BROADWAY A Jackson Circle resident reports that on 7/12/17 between 10 a.m. and 3:40 p.m., an unknown person(s) stole their bike from the bike rack outside of Cambridge Rindge and Latin High School.
07/12/2017 16:12 ARREST 17004762 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Michael Maillet, 28, 529 Washington Street in Haverhill, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Boston District Court for Malicious Destruction of Property $250+.
07/12/2017 16:13 INCIDENT 17004763 ROBBERY, ARMED c265 s17	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY A bank on Alewife Brook Parkway was robbed by a white male suspect stating he had a knife (though one was not shown). It is unknown how much money the suspect took. The suspect is described as a thin male, in his 30s, who was wearing a red baseball cap, gray jacket, thick sunglasses and white gloves. He had minimal facial hair.

07/12/2017 16:56 INCIDENT 17004764 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	PEARL ST A Stoneham resident reports that on 7/12/17 between 4:50 and 4:55 p.m. an unknown person(s) stole his Dewalt impact driver from the front steps of a Pearl Street house he was working on.

07/12/2017 17:57 ARREST 17004768 WARRANT ARREST REPORT	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police placed Shawn Miller, 25, homeless, under arrest in regards to a warrant out of Dorchester District Court for Assault and Battery.
