Leonilson Moises De Souza, 32, 15 Gladstone Street, Everett, was arrested in Harvard square for unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and failing to yield to emergency vehicle after a motor vehicle crash involving a marked police unit responding to an emergency.

Members of the Cambridge Police Special Investigations Unit had occasion to stop a Ford Edge on Massachusetts Avenue by Albany Street after a narcotics investigation. This vehicle was occupied by Anthony Levine, 27, 153 Worcester Street, Boston, and Isidora Castro, 26, 25 Sawyer Street, Haverhill. Detectives located several bags of suspected Fentanyl and Cocaine along with $1,633 and several cellular phones. Both Levine and Castro were arrested and charged with several drug violations including possession of a Class B substance with intent to distribute and distribution of a Class B substance.

Timothy Baker, 22, 1 Church Street, Cambridge, was placed under arrest for a warrant out of Cambridge District Court for trespassing.

ASSAULT W/DANGEROUS WEAPON c265 S15B

GARDEN ST

James Kerly Lahens, 39, 53 Lawn Street, Cambridge, was operating a motor vehicle that was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the corner of Cambridge Street and Massachusetts Avenue. Lahens and the other operator exited the vehicle to assess the damage. Lahens became aggressive and got into the other operators face space. The operator extended his hands to remove Lahens from his personal space. Lahens then pulled out a knife at the operator and stated he would to kill him. Lahens was placed under arrest and charged with assault with a dangerous weapon.

CLIFTON ST

A Clifton Street resident reported that she was assaulted by her neighbor. The victim stated that her neighbor put his hands on her neck during an argument. The other person involved stated that the victim assaulted him and that he was trying to defend himself. There were no injuries to either person.
