As a result of the subsequent investigation, a Cambridge resident will be summonsed to Cambridge District Court for the following charges: operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs, possession with intent to distribute of a Class A substance, possession with intent to distribute of a Class B substance , and two counts of possession of a Class E substance.

Upon further investigation, it was determined that the male was assaulted by three unknown suspects on River Street earlier in the day. The suspects stole $40 in cash from the victim.

The male was let into the residence after convincing the resident that he was there to perform maintenance work. The male then fled the residence with $9,600 in cash, without the knowledge of the resident.

Pratt was arrested after a motorist flagged down police and reported that he had been pepper sprayed by Pratt following a verbal dispute while in traffic.

08/04/2017 11:54 INCIDENT 17005416 LARCENY OVER $250 c266 S30	ALEWIFE BROOK PKWY Kristen Kacoyanis, 30, 129 Watson Road, was arrested for larceny after she was stopped by loss prevention personnel for shoplifting. Kacoyanis placed numerous clothing items in a plastic bag and left the store without paying those items. The unpaid clothing items were tallied to a total amount of $279.96.

Officers observed Daley drinking from a bottle that was concealed with a paper bag and determined to be a bottle of vodka.

08/04/2017 23:22 INCIDENT 17005434 LICENSE SUSPENDED, OP MV WITH c90 S23	MASSACHUSETTS AVE Cambridge Police Detectives encountered a brown 2000 Nissan Maxima parked in a posted "No Stopping" area, blocking the bicycle lane on Massachusetts Avenue. The operator of the vehicle identified himself and said that he does not have a driver’s license. A subsequent check of the driver’s license showed it to be suspended. The driver was issued a citation for operating after suspension of a license and advised that he would be receiving regarding an upcoming court date on this matter. The vehicle was towed.
