Fidel Liedin Jr., 29, 865 American Legion Highway in Roslindale, was placed under arrest for possessing an open container of alcohol in public. An Officer observed him holding a paper bag with an object inside, which is consistent with the frequent drinking in public incidents in the area. When approached, Liedin was less than cooperative, but it was confirmed the container was an open container of a malt alcoholic beverage. He was placed under arrest and transported to the station for processing.

Cambridge Police arrested Carmen Pagan-Sanchez, 23, and Alicia Tercero, 24, of 794 Massachusetts Avenue in Boston, for Larceny Over $250 after they were observed by Loss Prevention Officers removing tags from multiple items valued at $742.30 and stuff them in their purses and walk past the point of purchase before being stopped by Loss Prevention Officers. Pagan-Shanchez was also charged with Obstruction of Justice after she gave Police Officers and Loss Prevention Officers a false name and date of birth.
